Registration for the trade show is online => Participate

You have free access; you may be asked to show your business card at the entrance to the event.

Registration for the event is online => Participate

We invite you to register exclusively through your dedicated exhibitor hub. Your exhibitor badge will allow you access to the show before it opens to the general public.

Registration for the fair is online => Participate. Please bring proof of your status to present at the reception desk (a certificate from your educational institution or a valid student ID card).

We invite you to contact the exhibitor you are working for to obtain information regarding access conditions for service providers (instructions in their exhibitor hub).

Registration for the event is online (please note that requests for "press/journalist" badges are subject to approval by our press agency) => Participate

You have free access. Go directly to the reception desk at the entrance of the event; you will be asked for proof of your status (France Travail certificate). Online registration is not required.

We remind you that persons under 18 years of age may not access the show except in duly indicated exceptional circumstances and/or with prior written authorization from the organizer (such as previously registered students).

•  After registering online, you will receive a confirmation email. Your badge will be available two weeks before the event opens.

•  Printing your badge is not mandatory; however, you will need to present your registration confirmation, which includes a QR code, at the event entrance.

•  If you wish to print your badge, we recommend doing so in advance to gain direct access to the event and avoid waiting for on-site printing.

•  Your badge is assigned to you personally and is non-transferable.

The "STEP by Pollutec Pass" costs €45 excluding VAT.

This pass is valid for both days of the event. It gives you access to the various STEP areas and activities:

• Forums

•  Workshops

• Startup Village

• Business Meetings

• STEP Café

Depending on your departure location, a visa may be required to enter France. Please consult the France-Visas website to find out which documents are required for entry into France.

Access to conferences and workshops is free (no pre-registration required).

Program

Main stage’s conferences will be held in English or French, with simultaneous audio translation available via an app, in French or English depending on the language used.

During the 2 days of the show, you will have the opportunity to discover several spaces and highlights. Among them:

To reduce our environmental impact and have a positive social impact, we will be implementing measures to meet our ambitions:

• Elimination of carpeting in the show aisles

• Recyclable signage

• Reduced electricity consumption by dimming general lighting, using LED lighting and regulating heating at the show.

• Partnership with Café Joyeux

• Installation of water fountains

• Encouraging low-carbon transport, public transport and soft mobility
