A look back at the highlights
Down to Earth, The Expo
Exhibition co-constructed with cosmographer Maxime Blondeau, offering a cosmorama experience. This installation plunged visitors into a visual and interactive immersion (photos, videos, maps) around major environmental issues, while questioning our relationship with the environment and technology.
Innovation Challenge
The second day of Pollutec Paris was punctuated by the Pollutec Innovation Challenge, where ten project leaders presented their innovations to a jury of experts from major companies and institutions. After captivating pitches and intense deliberation, Ilion Water Technologies is the winner of the first edition of the competition. Their new-generation desalination system, using low electrical fields rather than high mechanical pressures, convinced the jury.
They win a start-up booth for Pollutec 2025, in Lyon.
Leaders' Breakfast
The event brought together over 60 decision-makers from the environment, energy and climate sectors to discuss the theme of artificial intelligence, with two exceptional speakers. Cédric Villani captivated the audience with his vision of AI, combining societal pragmatism and ecological realism. Christian Clot, meanwhile, took participants on a journey of exploration, questioning the human capacity to adapt to a world in perpetual upheaval.
